Payment Options

We offer two payment options for our clients: We offer 0% finance to help patients spread the cost of treatment over a period of time. This means you could have porcelain veneers from just £21 per month and a new dental implant, complete with crown, for just £31 per month.0% finance for 12 months: clients can spread the cost of treatment over 12 months with no interest payable at all.9.9% APR for 24-48 months: If 12 months is not suitable you can spread the cost of treatment over a 24 or 48 month period with an interest rate of just 9.9% APR. Don’t worry, the process is simple: We pass on your details to our finance partners and the money will be debited from your account on a monthly basis in line with the agreed payment fee and interest rate. This simple, hassle-free process leaves you to enjoy your new smile without any stress or worry.

We will be more than happy to discuss finance options with you and answer any questions you may have. Please contact us and we will work out a suitable time for a chat. We can also apply for you on the spot as approval takes just a few seconds. Please note: Our guidelines have changed and thus non registered patients can now be seen without a full new patient examination. You are more than welcome to take advantage of this change but please note a full examination is the best way we can properly check you are dentally healthy.

Cancellation Policy

Late Cancellation and Missed Appointments.

We understand that appointments may have to be cancelled or altered, we ask our patients to provide us with at least 24 hours notice of any change required to your appointment. A fee of £20.00 may be incurred for late cancellations and appointments that a patient has failed to attend.

If you are a plan patient (DPAS and Denplan) the above policy still applies, short notice cancellations or failure to attend a hygiene or examination appointment, will result in forfeiting your appointment or pay privately for another sooner appointment.

We are aware that life gets in the way of plans, in which, occasionally, very late cancellations need to be made. We politely as you let us know as soon as possible by contacting the practice on 02392 262973.
